On Saturday, August 31, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., enjoy a booth in the heart of Faubourg Saint-Jean-Baptiste. This year, more than 35,000 festival-goers are expected! Please read the information below before booking your space.

The following rates include the rental of a 10’ x 10’ space type, a table, and two chairs.

Registration

The registration period has ended for the 2019 edition.

Payment

There are two payment options available: you can either send a cheque, payable to l’Alliance Arc-en-ciel de Québec, to 435, rue du Roi, bureau 5, Québec, QC, G1K 2X1 or you can also pay online with PayPal by registering on l’Alliance Arc-en-ciel de Québec website.

Tables and Chairs: Exhibitors will be assigned one table and two chairs at each location.

Pop Up Tent: We are happy to provide 10′ x 10′ pop up tents to exhibitors who wish to rent one. Groups using their own tent (or canopy) must have cement blocks; one for each leg.

Electricity: There is no power supply.

Fees: In the event of loss or damage to the equipment or an early departure from the event, the Alliance reserves the right to invoice the tenant for the costs incurred.

Community Day will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on August 31, 2019. Exhibitors are expected to set up their booth between 9 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.

IMPORTANT: Kiosks must be open by 10 a.m.

Kiosks will benefit from a 10′ x 10′ space type on Saint-Jean Street between Sutherland et Sainte-Claire Streets. A request must be sent in for groups wishing to handle more than one booth.

The person in charge of the kiosk must arrive between 8:45 a.m. and 9 a.m. in front of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church, at 480 Saint-Jean Street, at the corner of Claire-Fontaine Street; a member of the Alliance will be on hand to greet the exhibitors.

A Quebec City Pride Festival supervisor will indicate the location of your assigned space and provide you with your chairs. Kiosks must be ready by 10 a.m. and stay in place until 6 p.m.

You must submit your completed registration form and payment by July 1, 2019 to take advantage of the advance rate. After this date, the regular rate will apply. An additional fee of $50 will apply for late registrations starting August 20. There is no refund for the registration fee.

IMPORTANT – L’Alliance Arc-en-ciel de Québec reserves the right not to accept any group, organization or company that does not respect the values and mission statement of the organization and/or the activities of the Quebec City Pride Festival.
