On Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd from 12:PM to 5:PM grab a stand in the Faubourg Saint-Jean-Baptiste. This year, more than 35 000 attendees are expected.

RENT A STAND

Be in a festive mood and win your subscription!

This year we would like the Festival to fill up the street from beginning to end! We therefore invite the exhibitors to participate in the festivities and to be original in order to liven up their part of the street. Also, the organisation with the most original and animated stand will have its subscription costs refunded! Juges will base their decisions on originality of the stand as well as the overall experience offered to the attendees.

Tables and chairs : All exhibitors will be attributed a table and two chairs for each spot reserved.

Tents: We are happy to offer the rental of tents (10 feet2). Groups who desire to use their own tent need to use their own cement blocs or other suitable weights (1 for each leg of the tent).

The community days will start at 12:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM on Saturday septembre 2nd and Sunday septembre 3rd. Exhibitors are expected between 11:00 and 11:30 AM to set up their stand.

The stand will dispose of a 10 feet2 space and will be spreaded on Saint-Jean street between Sutherland st. and Saint-Claire st. If a goups requires more space, a request can be made.

The exhibitor representatives must announce themselves between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church square at 480 Saint-Jean Street, on the corner of Claire-Fontaine street.
A representative of the festival will show you to your spot and give you your chairs. The stands must be ready at 12:00PM and must be dismantled before 5:00PM.

In order to benefit from the early subscription fee we must receive your filled up form alongside your payment before June 1st 2017. After this, the regular fee will apply. Supplemental fees of 50$ will be also apply for late subscription after August 16th. There will be ne refund for subscription fees. Early subscribers will be prioritized for spaces and stand attribution.
